Gary Partamian

Gary is an advocate who has a mission of providing a voice for the voiceless.

After litigating childhood sexual abuse, sexual abuse, personal injury, mass tort and insurance bad faith cases at a premier Plaintiffs law firm in Los Angeles for five years, Gary founded Partamian Law Firm. Prior to founding Partamian Law Firm, Gary was a Senior Associate at Kabateck LLP.

Gary received his law degree from Loyola Law School, where he achieved first honors (highest grade in class) in California Civil Procedure. During his time at Loyola, Gary served as a board member and auction chair for the Public Interest Law Foundation, a student-run organization invested in fostering careers of students dedicated to assisting those traditionally underrepresented in the legal system. Additionally, Gary served as a Production Editor and Staffer for the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review.

His hard work is consistently recognized by his peers and within the community. Most recently, Gary has been selected as Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” for 2025 and 2026. He has moderated and spoken on legal education panels on numerous occasions for institutions such as Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and Loyola Law School.

Beyond his work for the firm, Gary spends most of his time serving organizations such as CAOC through both the New Lawyers Division and the Board of Directors, serving as a mentor for current and recently graduated students of Loyola Law School, working on several cases pro bono and an active member in organizations such as Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and Los Angeles County Bar Association.
